Accidental Damage Waiver Moreno's Moon Bounce & More, LLC offers an optional 15% (can change during holidays) Non-Refundable fee on all our rental equipment. By purchasing this Accidental Damage Waiver you won't have to worry about any accidental damage to our equipment. We will waive any UNINTENTIONAL damage that happens to our equipment during your rental, EXCLUDING intentional damage or theft. Unintentional damage EXCLUDES the following; silly string, gum, paint, face paint, markers, or pens, intentional cuts, slices, punctures by sharp objects such as from animals, or shoes, animal feces and any damages caused by fireworks, fire pits, or cigarettes. This Unintentional Damage Waiver is for unforeseen and unexpected events that may occur while the equipment is in your possession but does NOT cover any intentional damage, misuse, lack of supervision or any other failure to follow the instructions provided and signed off on. As a frame of reference on repairable cost, repairs can average anywhere between $100-$500 for items covered by unintentional damages. This Waiver is NOT liability insurance. This Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment/items. MOVING THE EQUIPMENT BY ANYONE OTHER THAN THE DELIVERY PERSON WILL WAIVE THE ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER. This covers: - Up to $250 per contract in accidental damage of an inflatable - Up to $500 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment. - Up to $1000 per contract in wind and storm damage to properly deflated inflatable equipment. Renters who deny coverages will be held 100% responsible for any and all damages to equipment as outlined in the rental contract.
